ED attaches assets over Rs 7 cr of actress Jacqueline Fernandez

New Delhi: Enforcement Directorate (ED) attached assets worth over Rs 7 crore of Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez in the money laundering case, sources said.   In December last year, Fernandez was summoned by the ED in a probe related to conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar case after which she had reached the ED office to record her statement in connection with money laundering probe.   ED estimated that Fernandez had received gifts of crores of Rs from Sukesh Chandrasekher. Her family members also received some money from him, sources said.   Sukesh Chandrashekhar was arrested by ED under Money Laundering Act. Kolkata: Recalling Gautam Ghosh's film Antarjali Jatra where he essayed a significant role, veteran Bollywood actor-cum-politician Shatrughna Sinha has said that he has learnt a lot from Bengali movies.   Grabbing all attention as the chief guest at the 27th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF), Sinha on Monday expressed his deep reverence for auteur Satyajit Ray.   “I have learned a lot from Bengali films. Blockbuster film KGF 2 partners with Ecoboard Industries to create eco-friendly film set

Hyderabad: In a move towards sustainability, the art direction team of the blockbuster Kannada film, KGF 2, used the revolutionary and innovative product EcoWal, made out of fire-rated Ecoboard material by EcoYou, for the walls of a prominent set in the film, the Parliament scene.   EcoYou, a Pune-based brand offers a range of building materials made out of agricultural waste to replace wood, metal and concrete, thereby reducing the carbon footprint associated with their use.   The agro fibres that would otherwise have been burned also help farmers earn an extra income, a statement here said on Sunday.   “I was aware of this material and the fact that it is eco-friendly.
