New Delhi: Sujoy Ghosh's movie "Jaane Jaan" featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Vijay Varma is set to release on September 21.

 

This news is especially thrilling for Kareena Kapoor Khan's fans as the date coincides with her birthday.

 

The announcement video, shared on Instagram by Kareena and Netflix, gives a glimpse into the film's setting and highlights Sujoy Ghosh's distinctive style as a director of crime thrillers.

 

In the movie, Kareena Kapoor Khan plays the role of a mother, looking fresh and natural.

 

Vijay Varma portrays a good-looking police officer in the movie, set in Kalimpong.

 

Fans expressed their enthusiasm after getting a glimpse of Kareena's appearance in the film, with comments ranging from excitement to admiration.

 

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar also expressed her support by leaving a heart emoji.

 

Director Sujoy Ghosh is highly excited over the upcoming film, which is based on a book that holds great personal significance to him.

 

He had always desired to adapt the book, "Devotion of Suspect X," into a film due to its captivating love story.

Accused in firing outside Salman Khan's house case wants to turn approver

Mumbai: A person facing MCOCA charges in connection with the firing outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's residence in Bandra suburbs here has expressed his desire to turn approver in the case, sources in the Mumbai Crime Branch said.   Without disclosing the identity of the accused, the sources said that one of those arrested in the April 14 shooting case and facing charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) has express his desire to be an approver and necessary procedure prescribed under the law has been set into motion.   As per procedure, the probe agency will first record the accused's confession before a high ranking officer not part of the ongoing investigation, and later the same will be recorded before a magistrate, the sources added.   The confessional statement will be the part of evidence and it will be used against him as well as other accused facing charges, they said.   On Monday, three accused arrested in the case were sent
