"Ek baar phir Gadar machaayega Tara Singh": Gadar 2 trailer released (VIDEO)

Mumbai: Tara Singh will fight hard for his family and the country, actor Sunny Deol posted on Instagram, referring to his character in the upcoming Bollywood film Gadar 2, at its dazzling trailer launch here.

 

Deol has paired up with actress Ameesha Patel for the movie, which is a sequel to the 2001 Bollywood flick Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, directed by Anil Sharma,

 

Giving information about Wednesday's trailer launch on his Instagram account, Deol said, "Apane parivaar aur desh ke liye, ek baar phir se Gadar machaayega Tara Singh (Tara Singh will again fight with all his might for his family and his country."

 

Deol, Ameesha and Amrish Puri has portrayed the principal characters in Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. With Amrish Puri passing away in 2005, the sequel will see Sunny and Ameesha pairing up once again.

 

The trailer begins with Sunny (Tara Singh) enjoying some happy moments with his wife Ameesha (Sakina) and son Utkarsh Sharma (Jeete). However, the happiness in their lives is jolted as anti-India elements in Pakistan take Utkarh captive to take revenge on Tara Singh for having taught a lesson to the anti-India forces there in the earlier film.

 

Deol goes across the border to save his son and destroys the culprits in the action-packed movie.

Gadar 2 will release in the theatres on August 11. Manish Wadhwa, Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha will also be seen in prominent in the film along with Deol and Ameesha. (UNI)

Accused in firing outside Salman Khan's house case wants to turn approver
