Ektaa Kapoor chooses THIS Bigg Boss 16 contestant for Love Sex aur Dhokha 2!

New Delhi: Everyone has eyed Ektaa R Kapoor's visit to ‘Bigg Boss 16’ with anticipation to hear a big announcement.

Well known for always leaving the masses with a surprise, this time Ektaa has announced the sequel of her cult classic ‘Love Sex aur Dhokha’ (LSD).

As the director of LSD2 Dibakar Banerjee also went along, the producer and director duo was seen having a fun banter with the host Salman Khan where they spoke about LSD part 1 and gave a lot of insights about part two on what it's going to be and what the audience can expect in the film.

While on the show, Salman was seen asking the director Dibakar about what can we expect from LSD2. To this Dibakar replied, "When LSD1 was made the average man’s life had one universe, Now we have two, and LSD2 is about both these universes."

Adding to this, Ektaa replied, "Now that you see, LSD1 was about love in the times of the camera, the camera was started on mobile phones, and people’s way of loving changed. Then came the internet, which changed the whole world, so this time its love in the times of the internet. They like less but like ‘Likes’ more."

Ahead of this, while sharing some interesting anecdotes about the film, Ektaa said, "There are three different stories, all related to one main story like part one. The film is connected with the youth and the biggest youth recall show is Bigg Boss, so we are here."

Moreover, when Salman asked if there is something related to Bigg Boss also in the film, Ektaa replied, "Yes one of the stories is about a reality show. If we talk about two personalities, contestants show a different personality on the show, and outside they show a differnet side of themselves. They nowadays love, so that they can stay on the show for some more time and do not get eliminated, so it's all about that."

And when Salman spoke about the casting, Ektaa replied, "Sir you know whenever I come to your show I always cast someone."

This weekend's special episode of ‘Bigg Boss 16’ ignited a lot of chatter among the masses, the reason is obvious, as Ektaa was about to select a contestant for her upcoming cult classic, Love Sex aur Dhokha 2. The announcement certainly went on to get way bigger than expected as the content czarina picked up Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia for the film. As the film will have different kinds of stories embedded in one, it would be exciting to see what role Nimrit will get to play in the film.

Moreover, Balaji Telefilms has always been the flagbearer for different and new content that has always entertained the audience, having fulfilled their demand for good content.
