“Shah Rukh agar Ruk bhi gaya to Pathaan ko kaise rokoge”: SRK drops hot ‘Pathaan’ look amid #ThodaRukShahRukh Twitter trend

Mumbai: Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is all set not just for his comeback with a bang but there's more in his kitty and he has kept the "guessing game" on for more than a week now.
 

SRK has teased his hot abs on social media with the caption, “Shah Rukh agar thoda Rukh bhi gaya toh Pathaan ko kaise rokoge.. Apps aur Abs sab bana dalunga….”


 
In fact he went a step ahead with an over a minute tingling voice over to his famous number in "Yes Boss" teasing Spotify as well as his so-called rivals: "Jo bhi chahuin woh mein paun/Zomato, Toodle kharid laun,/Phonepe se paise dalun, coinswitch ka rate uchhalun/Donzo kya kaam hai, yea nayi kaisa naam hai," finishing it off with the icing on the cake that "you cannot find this song on the music streaming app".


 
Pathaan will hit the big-screens on January 25 and the King Khan knows exactly how to keep the fire burning in his fans' belly. His shirtless picture flaunting his eight-pack abs took the social media by storm garnering 26,000 likes in just an hour on Twitter.
 
It all started on March 16, when he teased SRK+, and the media went into an overdrive calling it his app entry into the OTT space. Only to be later boomeranged as Anurag Kashyap, who is in collab with him in the goofy takes added confusion to colour, with Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan pitching in.
 
On Friday, Disney+Hotstar tweeted “OTT hum sambhal lete hain, aap koi aur app bana lo” and Anurag Kashyap replied with an idea of a grocery App.


 
Immediately, Dunzo jumped into the banter and tweeted “Khant believe we're seeing this! Kk..kk..kk..kirana toh hum deliver kar rahe hain @iamsrk, why don't you try a crypto app? #ThodaRukShahRukh”


 
It was followed by CoinSwitch Kuber tweeting: “We're already acing that, so iss idea mein invest karna is not advisable @iamsrk. Start a digital payment app perhaps?" As the hashtag #ThodaRukShahRukh trended.


 
Phone Pe also landed in the bandwagon, saying: “Digital Payments? …. PhonePe, Naam toh suna hi hoga… #ThodaRukShahRukh Why don't you start a music streaming app?”


 
How could Spotify India, stay behind, getting all offended, Spotify tweeted “Uh…hello! #ThodaRukShahRukh, Main Agar Kahoon toh aap dating app bana lo @iamsrk.”


 
Tinder India told SRK #ThodaRukShahRukh abhi mai hoon na – “#ThodaRukShahRukh uske liye Main Hoon Na. Aap koi beauty product app pe dhyaan do na”


 
Nykaa, definitely did not want a competition in King Khan and quickly tweeted: “Excuse us? We are nailing it already You may have to remove that idea from your cart @iamsrk,How about a food delivery app? #ThodaRukShahRukh”.


 
Then, SRK said: "Thank u all for ur suggestions but aap sabka sirf time achcha chal raha hai Magar yaad rakhiye, SHERON ka zamaana hota hai… (roughly translated it would mean others have good times, but King's have era) and he tagged @spotifyindia, @tinder_india, @DunzoIt, @CoinSwitchKuber, @PhonePe, @MyNykaa, @zomato and of course @DisneyPlusHS (UNI)

Accused in firing outside Salman Khan's house case wants to turn approver

Mumbai: A person facing MCOCA charges in connection with the firing outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's residence in Bandra suburbs here has expressed his desire to turn approver in the case, sources in the Mumbai Crime Branch said.   Without disclosing the identity of the accused, the sources said that one of those arrested in the April 14 shooting case and facing charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) has express his desire to be an approver and necessary procedure prescribed under the law has been set into motion.   As per procedure, the probe agency will first record the accused's confession before a high ranking officer not part of the ongoing investigation, and later the same will be recorded before a magistrate, the sources added.   The confessional statement will be the part of evidence and it will be used against him as well as other accused facing charges, they said.   On Monday, three accused arrested in the case were sent
