Ram Charan thanks fans for love to RRR

Hyderabad: Southern star Ram Charan on Sunday expressed gratitude to his fans for showering love and appreciation towards his newly released movie 'RRR'.
 

The 'Magadheera' actor was celebrating his 37th birthday on Sunday. Sharing a post on his Twitter account, the 'Yevadu' star said, "Thank you for the immense love and appreciation for my SS Rajamouli Garu's RRR. My warmest thanks to each and everyone who has watched the film in theatres with great enthusiasm. I humbly accept this amazing birthday gift."


 
Rajmouli's 'RRR' that hit the silver screen on March 25 brought Tollywood's two biggest stars on a single screen, Jr NTR and Charan along with bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in their debut in southern cinema.

 
The movie is a grand spectacle based on a fictional depiction of two legendary revolutionary leaders of British India who became prominent figures in the history for the fight for Indian Independence, Komaram Bheem the legendary tribal leader of the Gond tribe of Telengana and Alluri Sitaram Raju a leader from Andhra Pradesh who opposed the British on their forest policies and fought for the tribals. Accused in firing outside Salman Khan's house case wants to turn approver

Mumbai: A person facing MCOCA charges in connection with the firing outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's residence in Bandra suburbs here has expressed his desire to turn approver in the case, sources in the Mumbai Crime Branch said.   Without disclosing the identity of the accused, the sources said that one of those arrested in the April 14 shooting case and facing charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) has express his desire to be an approver and necessary procedure prescribed under the law has been set into motion.   As per procedure, the probe agency will first record the accused's confession before a high ranking officer not part of the ongoing investigation, and later the same will be recorded before a magistrate, the sources added.   The confessional statement will be the part of evidence and it will be used against him as well as other accused facing charges, they said.   On Monday, three accused arrested in the case were sent
